How and when do I pay for my session?
The price is £250, which includes a 1 hour photo session and 5 Hi Quality digital images (via download).
A £50 deposit will be required prior to the shoot and the balance of payment will be taken on the day. We can take both card and cash payments.
Additional digital images are available to buy in packs of 5 for £75.
During the photo session, we will take approximately 100-150 shots, which will be uploaded into a private and password protected online gallery, so that you can view and select your images.
For our Studio services we do not operate a refund policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for any travel/accommodation incurred expenses.
How do I book or pay my booking deposit?
Photo sessions are typically available Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 9pm. Other timings may be available, but please discuss this with us to see how we can accommodate your shoot.

When your Studio booking date has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your session. If you do not pay the deposit, you may lose the session.
You will lose the £50 deposit if you cancel or do not attend.
You can also pay the deposit over the phone, if you wish.
How long is the photoshoot?
Your photoshoot will take 1 hour. Please don't be late for your shoot, as often we cannot run overtime depending on our diary.
What shall I bring to wear?
We would advise to bring plenty of outfit changes. Before you attend, take time to browse the internet and see what other performers are wearing for their shoots and see what might work for you.
For men clean, contemporary lines - ie. v-tee, slim-fit shirt/jumper/crewneck, plus smart darker blazers, variants on jackets, leather, jumpers work well.
For women, low necks and neckline variations are always good options. Be unafraid of bolder choices - patterns, colours, striking tops. Vest tops, t-shirts, scoop necklines may not be as flattering as you'd hope.
Think structure and a variety of fabrics, textures, patterns, colours that stray away from block colours can be surprisingly effective.
Every top will sell you to a different agency, so work out what you want to be seen for and bring the look to match the style, director and era.
What kind of hair/make-up shall I do?
As a general guide, if you are unsure, book in a professional hair and make-up application. If doing your own make up/styling, try not to over-groom, so try and keep the hair loose and natural.
Do make sure your hair has shape and structure and bring a good hairspray.
Heavy eye make-up or darker lip gloss can also date your picture and change your casting age-range. If in doubt, work a natural look and gently emphasise either the eyes or the lips, but not both.
Steer clear away from fake tan and contouring - unless it is subtle. Shiny, pink skin isn't a good look! Please do not rely on photoshop and retouching - all retouching is done at our discretion.
Do you shoot full-length or dance shots?
Yes, we can split the session, so that you can have a variety of headshots and dance positions. Before the shoot, think about your strengths and also what your particular agency requirements have.
Can I bring someone with me?
If you are under 18 – You MUST bring a parent or guardian, in line with our GDPR and child safeguarding policy.
If you are over 18 – and planning to bring someone, please discuss it with us before your shoot. Sometimes another person in the session isn't always helpful, and occasionally can slow the process down, or make the space less comfortable for various reasons.
Will you edit the photos?
Please note that any retouching is done at the discretion of the company, and we will endeavour to carry out retouch notes. However, any retouch notes provided by the client are not guaranteed. Retouches will only be carried out to photos that are ordered.
When will the images be ready
It takes approximately 2-3 working days to have the images ready to be uploaded to a private and password protected online gallery.
We will send you a link to this gallery and you then need to choose the images that you would like.
Further to receiving your order, your images will be available to download within approximately 5 working days.
